AZF
What is the AZF?
Participation in aviation radio services at ground and airborne stations requires a radio operator certificate issued by the Federal Network Agency. The AZF (General Operator Certificate for the Aeronautical Radio Service) authorizes radio communication in German and English according to visual and instrument flight rules. The AZF E (General Operator Certificate for the Aeronautical Radio Service in English) authorizes the provision of aviation radio services in English according to visual and instrument flight rules.
Why should I prep for the theoretical examination of AZF?
As part of the AZF exam conducted by the Federal Network Agency, 40 theory questions must be answered. To pass this section of the exam, at least 75 percent of the questions must be answered correctly. With our exam preparation, you will receive the original exam questions used by the Federal Network Agency, ensuring no surprises during the theoretical exam.
